Most orders are produced in 8-10 days. Depending on your location; the ship time will vary from 3-5 days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Although we want to be sure you are thoroughly satisfied with your order, you must be aware that you are ordering custom made product. We do not accept returns or allow refunds for any reason associated with buyers remorse of color choice, miscalculation of sizes etc. If your are not completely satisfied with your product our customer service will work with you to find a fair resolution for all parties.

If there is a manufacturing error or defect we will gladly make it right. We will work with you and the factory to be sure all defects and errors are taken care of as soon as humanly possible.

In keeping in line with "making your shopping experience as simple as possible", we have a simple shipping policy and fee's. Just $40.00 on all Orders under 95" in either width or height. These will ship by Fed Ex or UPS ground. Orders over 95" will be shipped by freight. These are considered over size. Over size shipment cost is $100.00 per order.
